Our compensation is aligned with the objectives of our clients and is based on performance not time. We hold ourselves and our clients accountable for performance improvement. Our compensation therefore is made up of three components:
- Fee for expertise
- Incentive component for near-term improvements and results
- Equity participation as a result of our value creation methodology for long-term results
